Riyadh · Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

One vision. One IP. One partner proposition.

Origin brings an entity's events together into one ownable, sponsorable platform, puts a value on it, and brings in Saudi and international partners to fund it.

Where partnership starts
The model

One match can't attract a major sponsor. A league can.

Major sponsors buy reach, audience and a story that runs all year. A single event can't offer that. A connected programme can. Today each event has its own team, calendar and sponsor ask. Origin brings them together into one event IP: one brand, one calendar, one partner offer.

Your events, and the teams who run them, stay as they are. We add the shared vision, the plan and the price, so the whole is worth more than the parts.

Why now

Vision 2030 is inviting partners in.

“The private sector as an effective partner.”
PIF 2026–2030 Strategy

Partnership is policy

PIF's new strategy puts the private sector at the centre of the Kingdom's growth.

Events are a priority

Tourism, travel and entertainment is one of PIF's six priority ecosystems.

A calendar the world is watching

Expo 2030 Riyadh and the FIFA World Cup 2034 are the headline moments in a calendar already full of international motorsport, football, golf, music, culture and heritage events. Around them sit many more regional festivals and seasons, all of which can be brought under one umbrella.

Your events are ready-made platforms for those sponsors.

Our reach

Built in the Kingdom. Connected to the world's brands.

Origin is a Saudi and international partnership by design. International brands want a credible way into the Kingdom. Saudi entities want partners of that calibre. We bring the two together, and contract them properly.

International

International brands see the Kingdom's potential but often lack a clear route in: the right properties, fair pricing and a contract they can trust. We give them that route, with a valued, well-structured platform presented in terms global sponsors recognise, and one accountable partner from the first conversation to renewal.

In the Kingdom

Saudi entities get partners of international calibre on terms that protect them. Every partnership is structured and contracted under Saudi law, with governance that stands up to scrutiny, and our team in Riyadh works alongside yours in Arabic and English.

The brand world's partners, and the legal depth to contract them in the Kingdom.

How it works

Three phases. One commercial motion.

The partner proposition

A platform brands can buy into.

Every tier is priced from the valuation, so the rate card stands up to scrutiny. We source partners locally and internationally.

  • Title Partner

Its name on the whole platform.

  • Presenting Partners

    Lead at the flagship moments.

  • Associate Partners

    Visibility across the programme.

  • Category Partners

Exclusive rights in one sector: telecoms, banking, hospitality, retail, automotive or FMCG.

Recurring sponsorship revenue

Every sponsorable right is catalogued, valued and sold on evidence, not estimates. Partners commit to the whole programme, not a single event, so income recurs and grows instead of being renegotiated event by event.

National reach

One brand and one calendar give your events the scale that serious partners, media and audiences look for. The programme earns attention in its own right and sits squarely within Vision 2030's ambitions for tourism, culture and entertainment.

Expertise you own

We train your people to sell, service and renew partnerships themselves, and hand over the asset register, rate card and processes. When the Transfer stage ends, the programme keeps earning without depending on us.

Working together

Our interests are tied to your results.

On our recommended model, a fixed fee covers the design and build work, and the success component applies only to new sponsorship above your current income. What you already have stays yours; we share only in the growth we create.

Fixed fee

A clear price for a defined scope, such as a Diagnostic or a Valuation. You know the cost before we start.

RecommendedFee plus success component

A fixed fee for the design and build stages, plus a share of new sponsorship above what you have today. If we don't grow your income, there is no success component to pay.

Managed asset

We run the programme for you over several years: partner sales, servicing and renewals, with regular reporting to you throughout.

Ways to start

Diagnostic

Four weeks with your team reviewing your events, audiences and existing sponsorship. You get a clear view of what can be brought together, what it could be worth to partners, and the order in which to do it.

Valuation

An independent, documented valuation of every sponsorable right across your events, benchmarked against the market. You get a rate card that stands up to scrutiny, ready for your team or ours to take to partners.

Activation Pack

For an event that needs sponsors now. We turn one event into partner-ready propositions and a sales pack, so you can go to market quickly while the wider programme takes shape.
